A Full Value Response to COVID-19 For Educators

Richard Maizell in collaboration with Diane Digiuseppe, Kinnelon Superintendent of Schools, recently published an article in On Target, an online publication of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators. The Focus is on using Full Value concepts and strategies to respond to the affective disruption to students, educators, and families due to COVID-19. Emphasis is placed on addressing trauma, self-regulation, and empowerment.
